my professor (yes am taking ONE class for my own edification)...didnt show up for class...we had to hunt down the note that said the class was canceled (it was found outside the room down a bit from the room....)....and yeah, he likes to change the syllabus just about every time we meet....but hey, that's life, unless you are graded on inclass participation just do the reading or whatever later------

and no doritos, sorry (and yes eragon is now my slave BWHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!, er, uhm, he is a mod in ventari's now

)

My professors have classes every day and stick to the syllabus for the most part. Though sometimes I would like them to cancel class... Actually a lot.

Right now my professors are close to normal. Yet some professors (generally literature or philosophy teachers) are more crazy than other.

Well Halloween was fun, walking around town with "blood" all over and getting funny looks was funny too xD.
But tomorrow : back to school...

My philosophy class is so dull... The only thing that keeps me vaguely interested is the fact that he has a Romanian accent. Otherwise it's a real snore.

Halloween? Oh right, ya I studied all day. Though I guess my nephews were at my house (I'm at school) and it was apparently a riot. The oldest (4) was Superman and the younger one (1) was Batman. Guess it was hysterical.

Hehe, my teacher in phobia school was rumanian too, so she talked with an accent, it's quite charming really, to me atleast.

Halloween?, i was at a mates house with he's daughter, who can't stop running around and be happy :P she's 3 and a very happy child, nice to see.

Sadly my teacher is a guy so its just more interesting to hear an accent and nothing else.

Always good when the kids are happy, unhappy kids are a huge pain.

I spent halloween....at home sleeping, went to walgreens to get my monthly meds, played some gw, took another nap.....hubby watched some football and the ad for the kfc new sandwich got him (weak minded peeps)...so we had some kfc for dinner...(my favorite fast food place).....got him the sandwich and me a 6 piece (they gave me 7!) original recipe---mostly legs (like them best)....and some reconstituted potatoes and plastic tasting mac&cheese...ah yes them is my kind of fast foods!

now I am hungry again (good thing I still have one piece of chicken left and a biscuit!

Ectoplasm is usually associated with ghost/spirits. I believe that is showing his "spirit" leaving and thus is considered ectoplasm. If you want more about it go watch Ghostbusters.

yes some pretty strange things come up when you do searches! (you need to shrink your search parameters so that you dont get stuff like that, unless you were looking for it----)

Cant believe its november already....man this year has flown by...and xmas is just around the corner (already have most of my shopping done too

)...and thanksgiving is coming up, oh oh oh oh oh oh TURKEY!!!! and smashed potatoes and big fluffy buns ....now I am hungry again

Ectoplasm pictures are creeeepppppyyyyy as hell. Especially the "real" ones (or at least, photos that are claimed to be real).

That movie A Haunting in Connecticut was crazy creepy just because of how it showed ectoplasm being extracted. Look it up. It was a pretty good creepy movie, imo.

I don't watch scary movies because my gf doesn't like them. So I avoid them so that I don't like them and make her watch them and have her get mad at me. That would be bad.

I dont avoid things just because my spouse doesnt like them....I do whatever it is in my free time (when he is not around) that way I get to continue my interests too (since I highly doubt you will find someone with all of your interests and dislikes....and if you do, things will change over time, BELIEVE me).

think its time for a nice nap.

I have never been overly interested in scary movies, but if I'm with a bunch of friends I'll watch them. Otherwise I just avoid them because I'm not horribly interested in them and my gf doesn't like them. All kind of works out.

Nap? I wish, getting ready for 4 straight hours of class.

nap, BECAUSE I have my class this evening....so I wont be temped to nap there! (3 hour + classes are just tooo long, and the building has very little in the way of insulation--reminds me of my time in japan too much....so now that its getting cold when the sun goes down, the room is getting a weee bit tooo chilllly for me toooooo)

I hated philosophy class (mostly since I barely understood the subject and the teacher didnt teach--he parceled out the text to each of us and we led the class on the day our parcel was up---reading the topic sentence of each paragraph doesnt mean I understand it, really)...
class got over a bit early tonight because our prof wasnt feeling too good (and no homework for next week either!!)

Love it when there is no homework for classes. My classes went all the way to the bell, as usual. (Bell being a term for ending time since there is no bell in college). Only 4 weeks left of classes before finals, and then I am done with my last full semester of CLASSES! So excited!
